Boston Biomedical, Inc., was founded by Dr. Chiang J. Li and core members of ArQule, Inc.'s former R&D Biology Department in January 2007. This highly-productive and innovative R&D team started in 2002 at Cyclis Pharmaceuticals and subsequently was acquired by ArQule in 2003. Since inception, Dr. Li and his team have established extraordinary track records of accomplishments:

	Activated Checkpoint Therapy (ACT^SM)
	ARQ 501, the first ACT^SM-based small molecule that selectively kills cancer cells through E2F1-mediated DNA damage checkpoint pathway

	Activated Checkpoint Therapy (ACT^SM)
	ARQ 501 (E2F Program) was partnered with Roche in a deal valued at $276 million and is currently in multiple Phase 2 clinical trials

ARQ 197, a non-ATP competitive selective c-Met inhibitor

ARQ 197 IND was filed in November, 2005

ARQ 197 entered Phase 1 clinical trials in 2006 and is schedule to begin Phase 2 trials in 2007

The Asian market of ARQ 197 has been licensed by Kyowa Hakko Kogyo in a deal valued at $123 million with $30 M upfront licensing payment. Read more.

ARQ 171, a second generation ACT^SM-based E2F1 pathway activator.

	ARQ 171 IND was filed in October, 2006
	ARQ 171 initiated Phase 1 clinical trials in December, 2006

ARQ 450RP, a clinical candidate selection stage program on mitotic checkpoint activators

Discovery stage programs, including ArQ800RP - checkpoint activators, ArQ300RP - Eg5 inhibitors, and ArQ850RP - p53 Modulators
